Features: Heavy duty 2" x 2" steel frame Heavy density seat pad with 4 height positions. (1 flat and 3 raised positions) Each of the arm and leg pulls has the ability to adjust for different user sizes. Arm and leg length. Weight bars take standard weights ( not Olympic), with spring clips to keep the weights safely on. Independent moving weight arms, so you can work each arm separately if you wish.
