Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability. Goods will be despatched as soon as payment received.
We do not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order.
Please note that the billing address MUST be the registered address for any credit card used.


Delivery

We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 2 working days.Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.
Due to weight restrictions most of our items will be despatched via courier on a 2-day delivery service. In the event that you are unavailable to take delivery, the couriers will leave a contact card for you to call and arrange an alternative delivery date. You must contact their depot within 3 days to avoid the goods being returned to our warehouse AT YOUR COST.
Deliveries are made during working hours of Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Larger items will require you to assist with unloading from the delivery vehicle.
To assist with delivery times, we are able to offer either an AM (by 12 noon) or PM (12 noon until 5.30p.m.) or Saturday delivery slot at an additional cost.


Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we confirm to you that we've accepted your order or despatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order data is not accessible via the internet. We keep the data in confidence according to our privacy policy.


Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.


After-Sales Services and Guarantees

3 months return to base warranty given on all products.

Please make sure you include your full address and contact details (preferably including an email address), to enable a rapid and effective communication with you;

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
